Healthy Life style- Healthy Fresh Juice à la Dita.


Heres what you need to make it:
200 grams organic tomatoes
150 grams organic rapsberry
100 grams organic carrots
2 glass fresh soy milk or 1 glass of water
1ts low fat sugar

Blend tomatoes, rapsberry,carrots, soy milk or watter and sugar in a blender for about 3 to 5 minutes and healthy fresh juice à la Dita is ready to serve.^_*

Note :
The benefits from soy are still being disputed thought it is generally accepted that soy milk contains a high number of very healty compounds.
