When you have Cancer or tumor then changing your lifestyle is a must.
If you drink or smoke, O you better quit now. Alcohol and Smoke are big no no.
Give your body enough oxigen with exercize and make sure you drink a lot of water, eat healthy foods like beans, fresh vegetables and fruits everyday.
Choose organic fruits and vegetables whenever you can and possible coz that chemical like pestiside is bad for your body.
Anyway, I want to share my fruits sandwich à la Dita recipe with you all here. Why its à la Dita? coz I make this sandwich with special jam and fruits that has lots of health benefits.:-D
Enjoy it with a cup of green tea or serve it as snacks? Why not.
This fruits sandwich is rich of fiber, nutritions and Vitamins.
Lets start our day with healthy breakfast and bye bye cancer, au revoir tumor. Ameen!^_^
Heres what you need to make fruits Sandwich à la Dita.
2 loaves Whole wheat bread
Banana Cavendish [sliced]
Tomatoes [sliced]
Kiwi [sliced]
2 ts Home made Red Rapsberry Peanut jam
I dont have to tell you step by step how to make a sandwich na coz am sure you already know it, :-P but I tell you how to make Red Rapsberry Peanut Jam which I posted separately below.
