OLEH-OLEH BANDUNG- MARTABAK BOLU

Isn't it looks delicious and it is!

Martabak is very popular meal in Indonesia. Usually made by street vendors in the evening.
It is a stuffed pancake or pan-fried bread which is commonly found in Saudi Arabia and originally comes from India actually.

The name mutabbaq (or sometimes mutabbag) in Arabic means "folded" so I got the AHA at Wikipedia.:)

Theres many variants of martabak and this one in the pic is called Martabak Bolu.

Unlike other martabak, this martabak bolu is not oily and taste like cake and you can serve it cold or hot and  still it tastes yummy!!!
