Located at Jl. Terusan ABC, Bandung, C'mar might not a fancy warung nasi- literally translated rice cafe/shop but this warung nasi is really popular among people who love to hunting food or culinary treat in Bandung.
The most popular on their menu list is Gulai Kambing or Lamb curry and if you like to add some spice on your food like me, you might want to try it their sambal also-It taste a bit acid and sweet but spicy , you'll love it !^^
What is sambal you ask?
Sambal is a chili based sauce. It is normally used as a condiment, made from fresh Lombok or fresh chili pepper in English blended with fermented shrimp paste with some sugar and salt, lemon or lime juice you can fried it before you serve it with pounded tomatoes but its popularly eaten raw . So when stay in Bandung and you get hungry in the middle of the night and no food on the fridge or you bored with food served in your hotel then go to C'Mar.
They open from 8pm to 8am and you might have to wait in a long snake queue for several minutes before you can enjoy the food.
