Healthy life style- Cap cai recipe à la Dita..^_^


Ok, heres what we need: 200 grams organic carrots
100 grams organic brocoli
150 grams organic champignon
100 grams organic Pak Coy Baby or Caisim
100 grams green peas
200 ml water
2ts vegetables oil
50 grams organic tomatoes [sliced],
4 cloves garlics
1/2 big indian onions [sliced]
1 inche fresh ginger
1ts cornflour dissolved in 50 ml of water.
Pepper and salt

How to cook:

*Heat oil.
*Sautée garlic and ginger untill it smells gud.
*Add indian onions, sliced tomatoes, stir untill whither.
*Add carrot, cook until they whither.
*Add water, cook until boiled.
*Add brocoli, green peas, champignon and Pak Coy Baby. Cook until the vegetables are crisp but still fresh.
*Add the solution of cornflour, add pepper and salt to your taste then stir a bit untill the sauce is thick enaugh.
*Serve hot Cap Cai à la Dita with hot steamed organic rice.
